Who is responsible for your data

We have not appointed a data protection officer. For anything related to your data, write to kontakt@hotable.pl.

When you email us

We receive your address, the content of your message and whatever you choose to put in it. We use it only to reply and to continue the conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation runs, and then for the limitation period for any claims. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

When you book a call

The “Book a call” button opens a Cal.com calendar. You give it your name and email address, sometimes a phone number. That data goes straight to Cal.com, Inc., a United States company, so outside the European Economic Area.

The calendar loads ONLY after you click that button. If you never click it, your browser never connects to Cal.com and passes it nothing.

Instead of the calendar you can simply write to kontakt@hotable.pl. Then the data stays with us.

Who else sees your data

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Netlify keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, and stores them outside the EEA.

We use email to receive messages sent to kontakt@hotable.pl.

We pass your data to nobody else and we never sell it.

Your rights

At any time you can:

• request access to your data and a copy of it,
• correct data that is wrong,
• request deletion of your data,
• restrict how we process it,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (PUODO).

What is not here

This site has no contact form, no analytics tool and no advertising. We do not profile you and we make no automated decisions about you. The terms for using the Hotable app will be published separately, before it launches.
